Mouse and keyboard automation software?

I would like to have a software which can simulate my mouse and key, so it can help me do things like play games automatically, or enter data automatically.

I ask friends and one of them told me AutoMe. But where can I get it?

 

There's a program called AutoHotkey here at Majorgeeks that will record mouse movements and clicks and keystrokes, but I'm not sure it will help you play fullscreen games. Should work for flash/java games online, and non-fullscreen games though...

 

I've used Aldo's Macro recorder - it's a commercial product, but I found it useful
another good one is Journal Macro.
