Mouse pointer disappears when I play WoW or GW2

    I have gone through all of the troubleshooting tips...deleting the cache, WTF, interface files...making the text smaller and larger.

    I run on Windows 7...and one thing I have noticed is I cannot locate Direct x on my machine.
    Could this be the issue?
    any advice?

    Is there a pay for IT where I someone can log onto my machine remotely and fix this??
