   Hi
   i have an issue where the mouse pointer keeps on flickering and i also tried uninstalling and reinsatlling mice drivers which did not work........ANY SOLUTIONS

   could well be the sample rate at which the mouse refreshes.
   
   What OS and type of mouse are you using?
   
   
   
   Check Control Panel > Mouse menus for an option for changing refresh rate.
