mouse properties

    When I go to the SNAP TO button on mouse properties, click apply, ok, it only remembers to do it until my system hybernates or is turned off. Then I have to go to the control panel, mouse and printers,mouse pointers, properties, automatically snap to, and apply it again. It doesn'confused t remember for some reason. Is there any reason why?
