Mouse Randomly Starts Acting Wierd

Hi,

im new to this forum so any and all help would be much appreciated.

whenever im playing different games , my mouse buttons gets stuck randomly , it can be like left click , right click , side button doesnt matter. whatever that action is in the game that relates to that button it keeps happening until i randomly spam the mouse buttons and that fixes it.

first of all i dont think its a hardware problem because i have 3 different mouse and they all randomly get this problem.i have tried a generic hp wireless mouse , a cheap off brand mouse and a logitech g402 but all get this randomly. so thats why i dont think its a harware problem but a software problem

while the problem is happening in game , if i alt tab out of the program to another program or just the desktop screen , my mouse cursor moves but when ever i click anywhere it just like defocuses all windows and only works if i alt tab back in the game that i was playing earlier .the spamming of buttons also fixes the issue of defocusing ,just like that of buttons getting stuck in game.

i have looked on the internet and have tried various methods like disabling selective usb setting in power management , unchecking the box to allow the pc to turn of this usb device to save power , uninstalling drivers , uninstalling the device and restarting the computer and sfc /scannow. but nothing helps. i have even tried to reset the pc to brand new settings. somebody suggested me to disable xchi in bios but that didnt help either

also my system restore point doesnt go back as much to fix this problem . or otherwise i would have tried that.

im on windows 2004 build 19041.508
its a custom built with ryzen5 3600 , 2060 super , 16 gigs of ram
