Mouse wheel setting focus

There was a very nice feature in old logitech drivers where the mouse wheel set the focus on the window pointed at.

I found Katmouse which scrolls the window UNDER the mouse wheel but does not bring it into focus.

Any suggestions?
Should I put this in software forums?

well it's not quite what you want, but the Xmouse feature (activation follows mouse) may work for now. It's somewhere in the control panel.

Thanks for the suggestion but I've been there, not sure who uses that Xmouse thing, maybe hard core old school Unix heads. That's where I first saw it anyway.
