I'm running windows xp home. What program should I use to open a .mov file?
windows player does not "support this format" when I try to play a short video I downloaded...fwi it was at lazytown.com (video section) if anyone cares to look at the type of file.

    Thanks a bunch!

MOV are Apple Quicktime files, but imho apples quicktime player comes with all sorts of add-ons and reminders to upgrade to PRO that they become anoying after a while

so this small player uses the classic WMP to play MOV files http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4100.html but with out the junk.
