    Hey
New to forum so hello to 1 and all!
Need some help, I have all games documents pictures vids etc on my secondary drive (D drive)
For some reason on my C drive in program files there a Epic Games folder which is like 30GB. I want to move to the D Drive.
There no easy way like right click go into properties & click location to change
Is there a way on command prompt?
I have program files folder on D drive aswell.

Not if you have the space to keep both! (drive diversity is good for data safekeeping)
Even though they may not be physically separate drives, but merely logical partitions.

If your internal drives show up in explorer, moving files between the 2 is fairly easy as you demonstrated/

I always like to transfer important stuff to an external drive for safe keeping also........once the files have transferred, then i take it offline for integrity keeping within my floor safe.
Only connect back when new data additions are needed, or a new image backup is called for!

I drag and drop folders and files to multiple drives.

Like for instance i have games i want to save that are online mmo's.Instead of re-downloading every thing.I Copy / drag and drop to a either internal or external 1tb drive so that when i need to reinstall the game. It's ready to go.I only need to download the latest updates for it to run.Saves time and saves data cost.

Best bet is to buy one of them western digital my passports. They work well.

If you are talking about saving the folder and it's contents than yes.For a later install so you don't have to re-download every thing. All you need to do is Right click on to a folder.Drag that folder into another drive and than select copy here.

Now if you are talking about moving the game to your D drive than you will have to re-install the game and than you would have to make sure during the install process,That your D drive is selected. But you have to make sure be for that there is a folder created for it.

I have my system setup this way.I have two SSD's I have my windows as a SSD and games as a ssd.My G is a HDD for storage movies, music what nots.My games will play directly off my D drive for faster load times. And it keeps my windows SSD cleaned out.

You can all so setup steam games this way.
