Moving a post to another forum

How do I move a post from one forum to another. I messed up.

 

only a mod or admin can do this.. which is it and I'll move it.

 

Here's the post. I think it should be moved from "Software" to "Spyware". But, as I do this, I see someone has responded to my inquiry and suggest it is not a spyware problem. I am not sure what to now do.

I downloaded the application and unzipped it, but I can't figure out how to use it. I can't find the "Ink" reference that is attached to my files as a choice under any of the items in the left column.

Can you further help me?
