This is my first post here, so first of all hello everyone. I have a customer that uses AOL and we built a new system for. We tried logging onto AOL on the new computer, and AOL pulled all of his contacts, but for some reason it did not pull his e-mail groups. He can access his contacts while not online from his old computer. I've looked all over and can't find anything saying which files I would need to pull off the old computer and move to the new one. Does anyone have any ideas which files I need to transfer over?

    Thanks

Try moving the organize folder, At least I know that moves some things. C:\Program Files\America Online\Organize

This may be in something more like C:\WINDOWS\All Users\Application Data\AOL\America Online 9.0\organize for newer versions.

You got me there, I always hated AOL 8.0 and 9.0 and used AOL 7.0 instead, and indeed they may have a different storage directory. Thanks for pointing that out.
