Simply go to My Documents > My Music and either burn the iTunes folder or the entire My Music folder to a CD or DVD (depending on size) or put it on a USB thumb drive. You can also do it via a your home network or even thru a USB link-up cable, but I'm not real clear on how to do those two methods. I know WinXP has a File Transfer Wizard that will move files from PC to PC but I've never used it. I'm sure another one of the 'Major Geeks' out there can help you with that if that's the route you want to take. The most trouble free way would be to burn the tunes or use a thumb drive.
