    Hi all,

I have a partitioned harddrive and have very little space on the c: drive. This creates a problem when I try to say copy a dvd as the disc image is sent to the temp folder on the c: drive. Is there a way to move the temp folder to my d: drive? Or is there a way to tell say the nero program to send the disc image to the d: drive?

    Thanks for the replies.

I wouldn't know how to change the temp folder (it's probably a registry key ... but I wouldn't tamper with that w/o specific instructions ... maybe from google?)

but have you moved you "My Documents" folder to the D drive? ... also I always install games onto another drive ... I do that and my boot drive has not too much more than 2 gigs on it ... even with a bunch of apps on it

What software are you using to burn? Some of the programs gives you an option on where to store the image. Default is the temp folder, but you should be able to change where you want it! :)

    And I just re-read your question! :D

    Sorry about that!

Yes, there is a way to tell Nero to do that.

Use the "copy dvd" and when you get the next window, at the bottom you will find a button where it says "More". If you go there, you can change the destination for the image! :)

At the bottom you will see the current image path, click on the button next to it to brows for a different folder.
