mozilla ff 5.1

this is really weird
I rebooted last night and went to bed
and when I started ff this morn
I was made to create a profile
anothor wasnt running
and now over half of my bookmarks are gone

anyone know where I can find them?
I cant seem to. . . .


and Kodo's bookmark mover thing
I would like to dl but I dont remember the name of it. . .

When this happens, make sure you say no to making a new profile and check the running processes. Sometimes FF fails to exit and the firefox process is still running. You should terminate the process and then try starting FF again.

Drill down to this location
C:\Documents and Settings\<account name>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox

edit the profile.ini file to use the profile you want to start up with.

[General]
StartWithLastProfile=1

[Profile0]
Name=default
IsRelative=1
Path=Profiles/[profile folder name here]
Default=1

the process wasnt running
it didnt start at at restart

make sure you say no to making a new profile
