Mozilla Firefox Having A crash?

Mothers PC Got stalled on Mozilla Firefox. Is there some kind of bug with Mozilla?We try using Google chrome in place of it and has trouble loading page in. It seems Mozilla scripted code into all the internet im not sure. Mother blames me because I had my Laptop there using the wifi i made,but my wifi has A secure pass WEP I Made with Operator while back. I've tried malewarebytes,and avast anti virus scan and Boot time scanned it after she removed bad programs.She even backed it up with the back up and it still fail. After all that she bought Full year of Avast scan come through this morning another fail.

First off what Windows version and Service Pack are you using?

What version Firefox are you using?

What type of pages are you tying to load as if its Flash (Flash for Mozilla, Opera etc) or Java then you may need to update both of them.

If you still think malware is the issue then below is what you need to action as written.

I read read me run me. First thing was cleaning the cookies off browsers. Then Check the routers. Sure enough I took out the routers and whole thing started working again so I stopped and left WIFI Disconnected. Thats why its A good idea to leave your satellite out of the picture if you jacked into A wall. They tie there routers in and it messes up your network.
