mozilla folders on personal toolbar folder

    I have folders of bookmarks (instead of just bookmarks) on my mozilla firefox personal toolbar across the top. I cannot figure out how to arrange them in the order I want. Tried drag and drop (which works for bookmarks, doesnt drag the folders), and I've tried selecting the option under view for not alphabetizing. Also tried the manage bookmarks, this only wants you to choose folder to move to, cannot arrange in order of my choice. Any suggestions appreciated.

    Open Manage Bookmarks, and drag and drop them (the folders) where you want in there.

    I tried this. I left click to drag, and they don't move.
