Mozilla Thunderbird e mail

Since installing the latest Thunderbird edition I am unable to click an any links, it worked fine before. I have un-installed and reinstalled three different times and still the same, everything else works fine. Please help, I'm also using Firefox.

If on Windows 2000 or XP, this quick trick may help:

1. Hit windows key + r (or click Start --> Run)
2. In the 'Run' dialog, type 'regsvr32 urlmon.dll' (without the quotes)
3. Hit enter (or click the 'OK' button)

If you get a message saying this succeeded, try clicking links again.

 

I did as you suggested it said it succeeded,but still the links don't work.Any other suggestions.

I see this thread is somewhat old. But since a solution hasn't been posted, I'll try.

I had the same issue. What worked for me was this.

1)Open Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Programs

Below 'Default Web Browser', hit 'Make Default'/Apply/OK

2)I'm assuming you know your way around Firefox. Now, in Firefox, just set it as your default browser.

Thunderbird links should now open in Firefox.
