Screenshots taken on bbviewer coming out black.
Working on a Vista system. Just learned how to take
screenshots and they turn out black. Any ideas? Thank in advance.

Open Real Player and follow these instructions:

Go to Tools> Preferences and click.
Then on the left-hand side find hardware, and click.
At the very bottom on the right hand side, under "video card compatibility" move the bar all the way to the left, to "most reliable".
Click "ok" then close and re-open your real player for it to take effect.

BBViewer should no longer appear black.
