Mp3 File sharers

anybody know of any Mp3 file sharing programs that are anywhere as near as good as the OLD Audiogalaxy?

 

ahh.. Audio Galaxy.. what a shame. I used to use that.. it was the best!

Well, now you have Kazaa, limewire etc.. but they are loade with spyware/adware crap unless you get the lite versions.

 

thats exactly what I'm trying to avoid....I'm using WinMX now but have never had great results with it....any advice on how to use an FTP Program to obtain the same results......I use smartFTP but not too conversant with it

 

Is there a particular reason you want to avoid the P2P software? Kazaa Lite has all of the spyware and unwanted banners/popups removed. You're searches will net more results with Kazaa Lite (and Kazaa) because of the amount of people on the network (just a litlle over 3.3 million users at the time of this post). If you're looking for it....it's on Kazaa Lite. Refernce the FTP searching, I'll have to leave that to someone more knowledgable than I am. Kazaa Lite is freeware by the way.
