MP3 Player Help

I've tried reformatting but nothing seems to work at the moment.
Basically, when I try to install my MP3 Player I either get

C:\Program Files\Common Files\AOL\A
then *USBNTMAP.SYS was not found*

and/or “The NTKERN.VXD Device Loader for this device could not load the device driver(Code 2)."

I've been told to run sfc/ scannow, but that doesn't work, it just says ''Windows cannot find sfc''

I don't have the windows ME disk as I was never supplied with one so I can't reinstall ME, for the 589393 people who have suggested that.

rather than sfc/ scannow.

Have you tried looking for the USBNTMAP.SYS file online?

 

Yes to both, still no luck however.
