Mp3 Player Urgent!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi

i recently purchased an mp3 player. i put it in to the usb and it installed.

i then later tried to put some music on it but when i plug it in the pc doesnt do anything.

when it is plugged in the mp3 player is charging but the pc does do anything. i cant see it on my computer as a removable disk.

how can i fix it .

Have you tried using a different USB port?

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?

 

I had a recognization problem with my ZVM, try this:
