MP3s easy to fastforward.rewind

    Currently, I can only fast forward/rewind MP3s on my IPOD and it's hard to do. much harder than a CD

    I have some MP3 lesson type material that I might need to rewind/fast forward

    what is the easiest way to get a MP3 to rewind just a few seconds?

    make it into a CD and use a CD player?

    or get some sorta new mp3 player that can rewind/fast forward easier than an IPOD?
