Mpeg2/4 editing

    Small problem I'm making and Mpeg file from a dvd. No issue here the problem
    is the sound on the dvd is really low volume. I was able to pull the audio from
    the Mpeg file to a wav and amplify it so it was usable but cant seem to find a way to put it back in. Anyone no of a good "freeware" software that can fix
    audio issues in Mpeg files? :cry
