MPEG4-SP avi

    Hello, I am new here and have a question.
    I have an RCA Lyra 2780A and want to play a video on it.
    I have a video on my PC in an AVI format and loaded onto the Lyra but it does not play on the Lyra.
    The manual says it needs to be in an AVI file with a MPEG4-SP codec.
    PLEASE tell me how to create this file type and what software do I need to use.

    Currently I have Windows Movie Maker and MGI Video Wave 4.
