mpg to avi

    jarcher I can't handle a title

    I have been looking around and I can only see
    avi to mpeg conversion
    is there something free that I can use to do it the other way around?

    what I would like to do

    I have mostly 440mb mpg's
    and a few 92 and 230 avi

    and they are taking up way to much space on my hdd
    if I can convert the mpg to avi I can save more than one file on a disc


    I have brought it up before, I think, but I cannot find it for crap. . .

    yes go to virtual dub, i think it can do it i used to use it.
