Hi,
Windows Media Player comes up with this missing which is no problem cause you can download it but where do you put it after you download it?

 

C:\WINDOWS\system32
is where the file goes.
It may or may not need to be added to the registry as well, I am not certain.

Have you tried simply downloading a new copy of Windows Media Player?

 

...or using a different media player? Media Player Classic and VLC are two favorites of mine. Media Player Classic is available as a singular download or bundled with several different codec packs including the KLite Mega Pack and the Storm Codec Pack, both of which are excellent for all your media codec needs.
