mrtstub.exe & hotfixinstaller folders in C:\ ?

    Have got all these multi-character named folders in C:\ (see attached screenshot) with mrt.exe & mrtstub.exe files, and one with many numbered subfolders with HotFixInstallerUI.dll and eula.rtf in each subfolder.

    Can they be deleted, or at least some of them, or should just leave if not doing any harm ?
