MS Access to Word

I am attempting to transfer a form from MS Access into Word. I am trying to use the office links button with no success.

As it transfers into word the format becomes all screwed up. Tabs are all over the place, words and letters are missing. How can I have the form retain all of the formatting from access when it enters word?

Note I can print perfectly from access. It is only when it changes into a rtf file in word that its a problem

 

I have only done this once and I got the same results however, it was not until tonight I found a check box "save format" option at the bottom of the save window to the right of the file name.
