Ms Edge Opening Automatically

    Although Google Chrome is my default browser, MS Edge opens every time at start-up/coming out of sleep mode… and it has been “disabled” in Task Manager under ‘startup’.

    Google around for third-party apps that can remove Microsoft apps - including Edge. Sorry, but it's been a few years since I exorcised Edge, etc. and can't remember exactly anymore. Since that time, there have been several Win 10 updates, but Edge has never been resurrected - a good thing. My default browser is Firefox.
