MS Money 2005 version

    Have used "money" for many years, upgraded along the way, with out any problems then today every time i start the program or select any of the menu items...up pops a dialogue box.

    "File Download"

    File Name - MNY24.surfplace
    Type - Surfboard Shim Doc Object View
    From - Surf.mar@

    Options Are - Open, Save, Cancel.

    I have to open the file to continue.

    Have used AVG and Ad-Aware to check but they return 'no problem found' results....Any ideas?
