If someone could answer these, that'd be super, or at least point me in the right direction to find this stuff:
    1. On a VPN w/ MS Office (small buisness) can any workstation print a fax job? Is that how the whole fax thing works there?
    2. How is each user account managed? (i.e. can they log onto multiple workstations or only one at a time, are there user logins or just a central driver, etc.)
    3. What about email/how's it all work out? What the freak is Exchange?
    4. Uhhh...yeah any info on VPN connections w/ small buisness would be nice.
    5. What the freak is shadow copying?
    6. What exactly does a five-client access liscense mean? Only allowed five workstations or what?

    Thanks for the help, people.

I can help a little but others here know much more. I am assuming you are actually speaking of Windows Server 2003 Small Business Edition.
Exchange is Microsoft's e-mail server software to equate it to something tangible it is your local post office. Outlook is an e-mail client it's like your mail box.
A five client access license means that at any given time you can have 5 users logged into the server. You can have more than 5 workstations, but only five of them can be logged in at a time.
That pretty much sums up my knowledge, I hope it helps.
