Will be other sites that have tips but, have not used them to determine there worth, but the Office 2007 Help is also very good.

I took a few days playing with none important docs to get used to the new system, one tip I will tell you is that if you or friends/collegues are still on a previous office, they will need to either install the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats as Office 2007 uses a new format, it uses .docx for Word over .doc and so do the other Office applications add an x to the extention.

Or you can choose Save As when saving a doc and save on Office 97-2003 format or set Office 2007 to defaulty save in Office 97-2003 format by going to the office start button and choosing for example in word, Word Options > Save and change the Save Files in this Format dropdown to Office 97-2003 and OK.

Edit: remembered the other Office locations to change default save format: Excel and Powerpoint is in the same location as word to set that option, Access is under Access Options > Popular > Default File Format,

thanks HALO it took me two years to learn the other now its start all over again(old dogs new tricks) i am fortunate that my son in law is a geek(it's his fault i got this) and he and Karen are going to be here in three weeks for 10 days so he has his work cut out.

one of the biggest surprises was it changed my desktop the task bar is now on the side of desktop.
