MS Outlook 2003 -- thorough tutorial?

I am trying to avoid buying another 400 page manual. Is there a super good tutorial on MS Outlook 2003 which does an in depth coverage of contacts and calendar?

Thanks for the links. I am not sure really how much in depth I plan to go at this point, but seems like whenever I want to use an app on a regular basis I often get discouraged because of things I want it to do that I can't seem to make it do. Does that sound right?
