MS Outlook 2010 Server?

I have changed mail servers from Rackspace.com to GMail. I can log into my
Gmail account and get my mail but want to have it also show up in my Outlook Account.

When I try to log into Outlook to change the mail server, a box appears saying:
Server: secure.emailsrvr.com then asks for my email and password. I cannot get by this box and don't how to change the server it is looking for.

I guess I have to find a way to re-direct Outlook to the Gmail server but don't have a clue. ( I know enough to be dangerous!)
