    Hello All,

I do hope I'm in the right forum.

My wife and I had our computer built by a private PC service and had no issues until we discovered our MS XP Pro was not "genuine". We bought a genuine version and I entered the key and everthing is good, except for one thing.

When we went to open MS Outlook a dialog box came up, "AVG Kernel" The AVG7 Licence is not valid.

When I select OK a second dialog box comes up, "Microsoft Outlook", The add-in "C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVGFRE~1\avgxch32.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu.

I tried using the Detect and Repair and it had no effect.

Everytime we open up a read or unread email message this second dialog box always comes up.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Is AVG Anti-Virus 7.1 not free anymore and could this be the cause of my problems? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
