MS paint strange pixels

Recently I used paint built into xp pro and realized there were strange yellow and gray pixels around the diagram I had drawn which are hardly visible to the eye unless zoomed in quite close,I had no idea what they were so needing the diagram I erased them painstakinglly and saved the picture only to find upon viewing the saved picture again they were back,I have googled the prob but havnt found any hits,mostly just guides how to use paint and various other art progs,here's a few pictures of what I mean,I'm stumped,it seems to appear around the edges mostly of lines drawn

Thanks CP,no I dont have a xerox or any printers installed on this comp,that was my initial fear that somehow the pixels were code implanted by someone or something to maybe pass personal information on through paint on pictures I post on the internet,a little paranoid I know,the other thing is maybe some kind of windows copy protection,but since my copy is legit and I dont use pirated software I'm stumped
