Ms Photos

I haven't updated Wind⊘ws 10 since like 2017 and gave it another go. Not surprised it messed up a lot and somehow managed to undo my commands in task scheduler but, I noticed the MS Photos app downgraded to Video editor. I removed the failed update, that ugly video editor app and redid my task scheduler commands to have the next windows update start at the year 3000 but is there a way to bring back the old MS Photos app? I'm not talking about the windows photo viewer btw, just the MS Photos app that came with the early Windows 10. Currently using Irfan view but it's meh.

Also I'm not that tech-savy so I'll need a step-by-step walkthrough!
