MS removal

    Hi again my nephew must have gone on something last night and i have now a ms removal on my pc,im on my mums pc at the moment,because on my home pc where its infected it will let me do NOTHING at all so where do i go from here,thx for your time.
    P.S when i mean nothing i mean nothing everytime i try running anything it just comes up with the ms removal,even ctrl,alt,del,it lets me do nothing.

    See if you can't boot to safe mode w/networking. Download our scanning tools to a different computer, if you can't download them in safe mode, and transfer them via CD or thumb drive. Try to run MBAM. Also see if you can't get MGtools to run. Refer to this for cleaning procedures and the scanning tools:

    hi again and thx went thru the steps and the malware removal guide and it worked a treat thanks agin.

    I suggest that you still attach the requested logs, as the scans may not have removed all of the malware.
