MS visual C++

    ok i get this problem every time , and its really anoying

    this has happened to me for like every new game , bioshock and quake wars.. what ever im bored so i downloaded game demos through steam and right when its about to run it has to install microsoft visual C++ and then it eventually gives me this error.. I REALLY NEED THIS FIXED. i have tryed downloading this directly from MS with out luck.. same error.

    PLZ HELP

    ttt sorry guys i really need help on this.. it works on my other computers with vista and xp but this one it doesnt.. no clue why. PLZ HELP
