MS Windows 2003 SBS & SP2

This is a real longshot but.......
I am running a HP ML350 G3 server with 3 x 72Gb drives in a raid 5 formation.

Whilst installing an automatic update (service pack 2) it stopped and asked me if i wanted to overwrite a vendor installed file.

whilst i was looking up what the file was on my Pc the Lord God Almighty decided to black out the whole of our town with a power cut. (Good night Vienna) (No UPS on Server!!!!!)

Now when the server re-boots it BSOD's with
PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILIURE

I have attempted to do a manual reinstall of the OS but having pressed F6 for loading a driver, when it scans the floppy for the raid driver it just keeps coming back with:-

txtsetup.oem caused an unexpected error (512) at line 1814 in D:\srv03rtm\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c.
press any key to continue

any ideas????? Please????????
