When I open Word and generate a document, it is saved in a Word folder.

How can I redirect this same text doc to an additional folder in My

    Documents?

(Or alternately save all Word docs in the My Documents folder?)

    Hi there

I'm hoping this is the same for Office 2000 as it is for Office XP and 2003 as I have not got 2000 installed,

But Open Word up, then goto on the top menus Tools > Options > click the File Locations Tab and highlight the Documents listing and click Modify and then browse for the correct location you wish the files to be saved in by default ( this can be in any folder or location ).
