   I use MS word 2010 to take notes in class,
   I dont print out my notes, I study off the computer screen
   
   how do I change the page layout so there is no space between each page?
   I would prefer no space between page, just a infinite white scroll

   At the right side of the status bar (bottom) you should see icons to toggle between different viewing modes; use Web Layout to remove the page breaks.
