MS Word margin error

Hi all -

I have a customer experiencing a strange problem while working in MS Word and MS Outlook. He continues to get the following error message while working in either of these two applications:

Margin Error

From what I can tell there is no specific actions that spark the message to popup. You can simply start Word or Outlook and wait and eventually the message will popup. Please understand that this message is not popping up when the user attempts to print, it is randomly appearing while working on a document or reading emails.

Although the problem is not related, I have had my customer try the "Mystery Word Printing Error Message" solution on the Propellerhead website:

This has had no effect, and the message continues to popup.

Have him check all his default settings somewhere somehow the margins have been changed and set as default

The error message refers to the margins for section 1 this is a reference within a doc with multiple pages and allows the user to set different margins headers/footers etc from page to page.

open word and change the default settings to the blank template page, on the File menu, click Page Setup, and then click the Margins tab. be sure to check apply to the whole document.

1. To change the default margins, click Default after you select new margin settings. The new default settings are saved in the template on which the document is based. Each new document based on that template automatically uses the new margin settings.
