mscoree.dll

    I tried to install a backup program & recieved an error message that I did not have mscoree.dll. I did a search for it and couldn't find. I tried to install from windows/options/cabs but no luck. How can I get this file?

    Please see this Microsoft KB titled, PRB: "Mscoree.dll Could Not Be Found" Error Message When You Try to Run a .NET Executable File. The resolution is to install the .net framework on the affected machine.
