MSDTC Error

    Hi, Would be grateful if anyone could help here as I have uploaded(I hope) the Event Vwr. Error and a screenshot of how my registry reads at the moment. Compt. is running ok no problems. I have been to Microsoft to no avail TY. Specs: WinXP Home Edition 32 bit Version, IE 6.0 Browser.AVG Virus Scanner, WinsXP Firewall, SpywareGuard On Guard. Ad-Aware SE Personal, Spybot S+D, All above and Wins updated every 7-10dys. Boneyeye

    Is that the full event viewer text or is there more especially the Event ID? as I'm thinking as this process is liked to SQLServer or server tasks etc is that all this message is stating is the service/process has not started, their are many events that may state this as they are just not needed to run, they are harmless.

    *you seem to be having an issue with an image, if its not attaching correctly make sure its size is not over the attachment for images max file size, if it is use something like imageshack.com to host the image.

    Hi, TY for answering Halo. The Event ID is 2444; Catagory: Disk. Could not send the complete window as my Owner Name is recorded there. Hope the screen shot uploads this time as I downsized it(I hope) Boneyeye
