    Ok guys,

I have an MSI K9A2 CF v2 that supports 125w CPUs. The 6 cores are 125w MY board isn't on the list for supported 6 core boards. My question is: could i just pop it in and have it work without a problem?

    What do you guys think?

Rule of thumb. If the CPU you want to put in the board isn't on the supported list it more then likely will not work. It will fit but not work.

I think 6 cores need the 890G chipset.

I would contact MSI and ask them.

I would assume it doesn't work just to be on the safe side.
