I have heard that the MSI graphic card driver update is having malware.
So I havent upgraded my graphic card drivers yet. But, I am wondering when the malware is removed, or if it already have been done.

Yeah, what model of card is it? Just 'cuz MSI made it, doesn't mean that you have to use MSI drivers. Most cards are made by either nVidia or ATI and drivers can be downloaded directly from them. I haven't heard of MSI being infected with malware and it sounds like BS :crap but I know the Asus site was hacked a year ago or so, but there was no malware involved, the hackers crashed the site for about 6 hours and then it was back.
    nVidia GeForce drivers http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
    ATI Radeon drivers http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html
Both drivers are also available right here at Major Geeks in the Drivers section here http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads35.html

Just to make this even easier, here you go:
GeForce Drivers for Vista http://www.majorgeeks.com/Nvidia_Forceware_for_Vista_d5935.html (full support for all Geforce 6, 7, 8, 9 series video cards)
GeForce Driver For WinXP http://www.majorgeeks.com/Nvidia_Forceware_for_XP20002003_d5934.html (full support for all Geforce 6, 7, 8, 9 series video cards)
Another GeForce Driver for WinXP http://www.majorgeeks.com/NVIDIA_Forceware_for_XP_32-Bit__d3294.html
The last one is a slightly older driver that is known to be stable with all except the newest models (does not support the GeForce 9 series; supports up to and includes the 8600 series and 8800 series). So if you have trouble with any other driver, try the last one. All of these drivers are 100% guaranteed to be free from trojans/adware/spyware/viruses/malware and any other nasties. It seems that you've maybe downloaded some bogus software in the past. Everything available here at Major Geeks is ALWAYS clean and has been thoroughly tested.

    Good luck!
