MSIE7 Crashes repeatedly

Is there a solution to this problem? Is there help?
These three errors fall together quite often. I have accepted that I may have a unsolved problem with MSIE 7. The dr.watson crash has occured for almost as long as I have installed it with MSXP3.

Faulting application drwtsn32.exe, version 5.1.2600.0, faulting module dbghelp.dll, version 5.1.2600.5512, fault address 0x0001295d.

Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.5512, faulting module ieframe.dll, version 7.0.6000.16762, fault address 0x000714d2.

Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 7.0.6000.16762, faulting module ieframe.dll, version 7.0.6000.16762, fault address 0x0007102c.

The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted.

This ERROR occures often:
