Msinfo32.exe Gives Different Info Than Winver.exe

When I look at my HP Support Assistant, click My Devices, and look at the bottom of the window, it tells me I'm running Windows 10 Home 64-bit Version: 19042.867. I also get the same thing when I go to winver.exe. But when I click msinfo32.exe the display tells me the system is running Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042. (I tried running msinfo64.exe but that doesn't work.)

Why is msinfo32.exe giving me different information than winver.exe?
