MSN 7.5 on win 98

    I know u can use wine to install office xp 2003 on win me but can i use wine to install msn 7.5 or 8 on win 98??

    You can.
    I have the latest MSN Messenger on my 98SE.
    You have to go to the Microsoft website and download the latest updates for 98.
    Also install IE 6.0 if you haven't already.

    just by installing every single update for win 98 SE i can install msn 8?

    What I installed was MSN 7.0
    For that you need the upgrades from Microsoft and Internet Explorer 6.0
