MSN.com and video..

    I was on msn.com earlier and I was trying to view a video file which was on their website the video was imbeded in a video viewer attached to their website loaded I could hear sound but no video would show up, help please I know not what is causing this problem my computer has all of the requirements told to me by msn.com

    with Win Media Player version 11 what is wrong ?

    I just went to msn and tried to watch a video [dont use msn very often] got about 3 seconds of video and no sound. So im not convinced its your pc, try again later and see if it works then. ed
